We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information. We will notify you of significant changes to this policy.

Sharing Para2
- With Organizations You Choose: When you use Blocktopus to perform KYC for a specific third-party organization (e.g., for a token sale or DApp access), we share the necessary verification status and potentially underlying data with that organization, based on your explicit consent and their requirements. This enables auditing and access control.
- With Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as identity verification technology providers, cloud hosting (AWS), security services, and analytics tools. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process (like a subpoena), or governmental request. We may also share information if we believe it's necessary to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security issues, or illegal activity, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Blocktopus, our users, or others.
- For Fraud Prevention: In cases of suspected or confirmed identity fraud or other offenses, details may be shared with fraud prevention agencies and potentially law enforcement.
